Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and excited in your Mylé Collective swimwear. If something’s not quite right, we offer returns for a full refund, store credit, or exchange, your choice.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Must be returned in the original packaging
Return must be initiated within 10 days of delivery
You’ll need to include your order number or confirmation email as proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at hello@mylecollective.ca with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RMA) number
3. Send the item back in its original packaging
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue your refund, store credit, or process the exchange, whichever you prefer

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees and any duties are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Want to try a different size or color? We’re happy to help.
Please note: because our inventory moves quickly, we can’t guarantee item availability for exchanges. We recommend returning the original item promptly to ensure the best chance at securing your preferred piece.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Final sale or clearance items
Items purchased with a discount code
Gift cards
Items that appear worn, washed, or returned without original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@mylecollective.ca within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
